We have recently introduced 2 new features on our website to improve the customer experience:
1) Visitors can skype us straight from the website using the ‘Call Me’ button. This enables anyone with skype to talk to us immediately for free with a simple click of the mouse.
2) For those without skype or who prefer a chat window, we now have a Live Chat facility on the site. Visitors can type in their questions and get a response in real time from a repesentative. No more hanging around waiting for email replies – get your questions answered immediately by Webeffects.
